Please read these terms carefully before using PrayerMap
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrayerMap, operated by CompEdge Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), including the website at prayermap.me and the application at app.prayermap.me. By creating an account or using PrayerMap, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using PrayerMap, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using PrayerMap on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
PrayerMap is a prayer scheduling and tracking application that helps individuals, ministries, and churches systematically organize and cover their prayer commitments. Core features include prayer subject and item management, automated schedule generation, session completion tracking, and an answered prayer log.
The service is provided on a subscription basis (with a free tier available) and is hosted as a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
You agree to use PrayerMap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all prayer content, notes, and data you enter into PrayerMap. We claim no ownership over your content.
License to operate: By using PrayerMap, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Privacy of prayer content: As described in our Privacy Policy, the content of individual prayer items is never accessible to administrators or PrayerMap staff. This protection is enforced at the application level.
Responsibility for content: You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not moderate or review user content.
PrayerMap offers a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Ministry," "Church," and "Network"). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup.
Pricing commitment: The price you sign up with is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. We will not increase your rate without at least 60 days' advance notice, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before any increase takes effect.
Free tier: The Believer (free) tier is available indefinitely at no charge, subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page.
Nonprofit discount: Verified 501(c)(3) organizations and registered churches may apply for a 25% discount on paid plans. Verification is required and subject to our approval.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except at our discretion.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied within your first 30 days on a paid plan, contact us and we will work with you to address the issue or provide a full refund.
We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to PrayerMap, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
PrayerMap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that causes harm to others or to our systems.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (to allow recovery if termination was in error), then permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of PrayerMap at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PrayerMap after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrayerMap with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
